But unfortunately still there stays a lot of inequality to be eliminated. The employment rate of the woman keeps on being a minor that that of the man, the wage discrimination does that the income of the woman is concerning 20 % less than those of the man, the tasks of the hearth keep on being a clearly feminine work, the access to responsible posts is more difficult for the woman than for the man and in spite of the advances the genre violence keeps on being a social mark that takes ahead to tens of woman every year.

And if this is the panorama in a country advanced like Spain the reality in the countries with minor social advance or where the woman is a citizen of third, it is distressing.

The struggle against the social inequality must keep on being a priority social target in an advanced society and today it will be necessary to give one more step in this target, the streets of the cities must fill with men and women claiming to the unison the elimination of any type of social inequality between men and women.
