CONSCIOUS of the unfortunate image that this generation of Spaniards and Spanish might give before the History, in view of the judicial process tackled against the judge who had the valor of investigating the responsibility of the pro-Franco dictatorial diet, not in search of revenge, but to try to repair - as far as possible - the families of the hundreds of thousands of citizens victimized (between murdered, tortured, kidnapped, silenced and exiled),
WORRIED by the precedent that it might sit, see how it is operated against any member of the magistracy that dares to question the validity or the validity of a few instruments of impunity that were drafted in the entrails of the proper pro-Franco diet,

EXPERT in the course in the events, that apparently, they might turn out to be in an imminent separation of the magistrate a judge BALTASAR WAITER of the judicial career,
WE EXPRESS our formal support to the magistrate Spanish judge BALTASAR WAITER, who these days is an object of a serious campaign of defamation and political pursuit, promoted from sectors ultra conservative, after impelling a process in search of Truth, Justice and Repair for the victims of the pro-Franco dictatorship. Our solidarity for those who, like him, act with valor opposite to the crimes of lesa humanity. For him, our recognition.
