Rajoy has a plan

• Instead of placing the target only in the expenses reduction, there must be tackled a new structure of income that guarantees the financial sufficiency of the system of Social security.

Now we have the word the workpeople, on us it depends that this regressive measurement goes forward. Between February 23 and March 6 in almost 60 declarations in the most important cities of been Spanish we will have opportunity to show our rejection to a few proposals that only think about how to satisfy the demand of the businessmen of the financial sector and of the financial markets. Equal work, equal salary

Today there is celebrated the Day of the Wage Equality, to denounce the breach that keeps on existing between the salary of the men and the women.

• To improve the qualification, advancing in the professional implantation of classification systems that, contemplating the equivalence of qualification and functions, bears the fees comparison and foresees river beds for the access to the formation, to the recognition of the qualification and to the professional career development.
• The study and, in his case, the system establishment of selection, classification, promotion and formation, on the base of technical, objective and neutral criteria because of genre.
• The elimination of sexist denominations in the professional classification (categories, functions, tasks).
• Also clauses of positive action will be included in the conditions of professional classification, promotion and formation, so that, on equal terms the women prefer in the group, category or job in those who are subrepresented (Art. 17.4 of the Statute of the Workpeople).Finalmente, CCOO remembers that the LOIEMH, in his article 45, establishes that: "The companies are forced to respect the equality of dealing and of opportunities in the labor ambience and, with this purpose, they will have to adopt measurements directed to avoid any type of labor discrimination between women and men, measurements that they will have to negotiate, and in his case match, with the legal representatives of the workpeople in such a way that it decides in the labor legislation".

Saved art

Today walking along the Walk of the Meadow of Madrid, opposite to the Prado Museum I have seen an interesting outdoor exposure: "Saved art”.

“Saved art”. there is an exhibition that commemorates 70 an anniversary of the rescue of the Spanish artistic patrimony during the civil war. A rescue that was possible thanks to the International Committee for the Rescue of the Treasures of Spanish Art, formed by the principal institutions museísticas of the western democratic countries that had negotiated with the Government of the Republic the evacuation of the works of art. Murders of Vitoria 34 years later

Today there have been fulfilled 34 years of the murders of Victory, which they caused l to death to 5 workers and bullet wounds to more than 150. And while Raspberry Iribarne, political person in charge of the same continues in the active politics.

1976 was a watershed year for the fall of the dictatorship. This is my entry number 500, two years and almost two months after that first entry: "To delay the retirement: is it worth it?”

It seems that we have not advanced very much, we continue in the same debate. What if sound has changed the persons that I have met throughout these two years. This is the best experience, the knowledge that what you write is read by someone and that they even sometimes even comment on your opinions. Throughout these two years there are great the persons who have passed for this blog, some remain from the beginning, you have left others of visiting the blog and others you have been joining in this time; even some it has left us definitely like Manuel Ortiz, of whom at least I learned of his way of writing, we will always remember him.

To all and all those that you visit occasionally this blog and especially to who one day you comment on my opinions: thank you! because thanks to you and you this blog is still alive. You are the most important thing of him, because that up cheers me to keep on expressing my opinions about the divine thing and the human thing, trying to change the world a bit every day that me pondo to write.

Today I have seen an interesting debate on the pensions in CNN +, in that there was intervening Carlos Bravo Secretario of Social security of CC.OO.
